Payment and Shipping Information

UPDATE on shipping parcels to the United States: La Poste has resumed sending packages to the United States. However, all tariffs and taxes must be paid in advance. Therefore, orders shipping to the U.S. require a 10% “handling” charge to cover U.S. government-imposed expenses. If the current tariff policy is changed, Living a French Life will remove the handling charge. This additional charge is ONLY for orders shipped to the United States.

We ship worldwide with Delivengo La Poste International. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order. Expect 2-3 weeks for international delivery. Delays may occur that are beyond our control. Know that every object is lovingly prepared for its long journey from our home to yours. However, if an item is damaged in shipping, Living a French Life accepts the responsibility of filing the claim with the provider. Your order will be reimbursed with proof of damage. We want you to have peace of mind when you purchase from us.
