I love decorative plates with vintage fruit motif and a modern color sensibility. This one in particular has a fabulous color palette. A bit of olive green and periwinkle blue-grey. A touch of gold with its well-preserved gold rim. Wonderful to use as display but I prefer to use it when serving simple lavender shortbreads. Yes. I sometimes color coordinated my cookies with the serving plate. Quality Bavarian porcelain maker. Excellent condition with no cracks or chips.
