Pair French Limoges Crocks & Tray

One of my favorite finds. I love these two small Limoges porcelain pots together on their tray filled with favorite herbs or spices. So simple and useful. It is not often I find them this petite size. These are from renown porcelain makers, Aluminite Frugier in Limoges, France. They began making quality cookware in 1890. These crocks are from the early 20th century.  There are imperfections to their glaze due to their age but nothing that takes away from their sweetness or usefulness. The porcelain tray has a lovely edge detail and there are no cracks or chips. The tray is unmarked but found together with the crocks at my favorite brocante in Strasbourg, France.

Crocks are 2" high and 2 1/4" in diameter not including the handles.

Tray is 10" long and 6" wide.
